We are Partnership & Consulting Services (PCS), a consulting firm specializing in the development strengthens Non Governments Organization-NGOs, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Governments entities skills, systems, for better service delivery, sustainability, and community impact, we focus in Administrative & Finance, governance, fundraising-resource and project management. Our core mission is to provide innovative management and capacity-building solutions that strengthen organizations and enable them to deliver greater social impact. Through our extensive experience, we offer comprehensive support that includes, risk assessment, initial structuring, the design of internal control manuals and procedures, institutional capacity building, conducting due diligence, and the continuous improvement of organizational management systems. Governance & Grants Management

We conducted the capacity building for thirty-two (32) CESC-(Civil Society Learning and Empowerment Centre) Partners, consisting first in designing the Partner Finance & Administration Manual, designing the Finance guide lines reports, training those local Partners in Finance and Admin process, internal control process, including review the CESC grants manual, this was part of WVL-Women Voice and Leadership Canada Programme.

Institutional Strengthening & Compliance
We successfully implemented a technical capacity-building and support program in Financial Management, Human Resources and Administration for seven local civil society organizations, FHI360 COVida project (funded by USAID) within the scope of USAID/ASAP-Accelerating Support to Advanced Local Partners-Promising Partners Initiative-IPP, strengthening the capacities by training these organizations in USAID funds management, internal control procedures, restructuring and implementation of the accounting package -Primavera, contributing to have Premier Partners approved by USAID. In the same year, we also provided technical assistance in capacity building for MASC Foundation Partners during the implementation of first phase of Interreligious Dialogue for Peace and Social Cohesion Programme in Northern of Mozambique SDC, Finland and Norway donors, including budget and proposal preparation. We also provided NLR Mozambique Association a pre-audit assessment to evaluate whether NLR Mozambique national NGO is ready for the final transition from an NLR Branch office to an independent national NGO within the multi-country NLR Alliance scope, consisting in a pre-audit and a final audit; providing a first critical and objective assessment of the readiness of the organization, with focus in Internal Organization, systems and procedures -complies with all national and local laws and regulations.

Strategic Sustainability & Public Finance
Our growth and the trust placed in us culminated in a strategic partnership with the Government of Inhambane under the SIRI Project (funded by the European Commission), managed by DG International Partnerships (INTPA), and the Catalan Agency for Development Cooperation (ACCD)-Spanish Government, In this assignment, the main activities focused is identifying CEPI- Provincial Executive CounciI staff with expertise in financial planning and sustainability, and resulted in setting up and trained the task force team, with focus in proving ability to identify funding sources, design and development of project in accordance with sustainability plans and the regulations and procedures of the different donors, develop a map of existing national and international funding opportunities and/or donors, technical assistance and review of 6 sustainability plans for the Urban Structure Plans prepared within the scope of the project.
